As i know, all IMEI of PPC will be like that

NNXXXX-YY-ZZZZZZ-A
where YY means the country produce.

06 : France
07, 08, 20 : Germany
10, 70, 91: Finland
18: Singapore
19, 40, 41, 44: UK
30: Korea
67 : USA
71 : Malaysia
80, 81 : China


So my YY = 00, which country produce it ?

if your theory of IMEI is right, then 00 would be Germany. Because, my black XDA mini have 00, and the only country which have black xda mini is Germany. Well, correct me if im wrong, not saying that im right, coz im tired of trying to update my mini through o2 connect after the seller flash my rom to WWE.

As far as I understand the "YY" is the manufacturer code. In that case 00 should be HTC.

And by the way - my device is bought in Norway and also got 00.
