Ghost Software Or Similar !! ??

Dear My Friends,


Usually it takes from me along time to re-setup my Imate Jam - after a Hard reset, And i belive many other friends are facing the same issue.

So, Please advise us if there is any kind of software, Something similat to "Ghost" we usually use at our PCs (to back-up and restore) the system setup?

Try Sprite Backup.

I think you can try spb clone , it is much better than the others in my opinion. You can also use it to restore the image to the other i-mate with the same model.

I think it's always advisable with any PC or PPC to setup your device, and then take a backup of your "clean state" and save it away somewhere (ie on yoru pc). Then take additional regular backups every so often (I program and potentially screw my PPC up quite a lot, so I take backups say every 2 days).

I use Sprite Backup and make a self-executing backup of Local+Storage onto a 1gb sd card. I save that on the PC every so often. that way, in case of even a hard reset, you can be up and running in say 3 minutes.

@ vijay555 & @ grease : Thanks for your advise, But i'm afraid this spb clone is a bit expensive about 300$ !!!
I Think I will stick to Sprite Backup.
Anyhow, highly appreciating your efforts and advise.
