I'm tried Unlock ExRom but appear Error Message: FL_IOCTL_BDTL_HW_PROTECTION-The parameter.
Pls help me...

It looks like you are trying to unlock the EXT rom of A WM5.

Well you cant thus the error.

I've already installed WM5, but I did that before repart_doc was known to me. iIs it possible to run repart_doc even if the EXT Rom is not unlocked and unhidden??

Got the same error.

I suppose we have to reflash back to 2003SE and then perform the Reformat thing, and THEN upgrade to WM5.0

Am I correct?
