I am looking for a new XDA phone and I noticed that most have 64 Ram, but 128 Rom. On my xda I the rom had to be flashed and the ram was used for storage and running programs. Is this not the case anymore? Thanks.

ROM in WM2005 is used for programs and storage, while the RAM is plainly program memory for the programs to run into.

Well then in that case, do you not lose your data when your battery dies. Or is there a seperate rom for OS?

That's right...no more data loss.. :D ...this is called persistent memory in wm2005...(a hard reset or even a normal flash won't delete ur data,u will have to choose an additional option in bootscreen to delete them..)
RAGO
