XDA IIi freezes when hang up [Archive]

My XDA2i sometimes freeze if i hang up the phone using the Hardware button, I was first think it maybe the SD issue, but its still happen without the SD card in the slot.

I am running the lastest o2 rom w/ radio 1.03,

Does anyone experience the same problem? :(

I get it too with the i-mate ROM.

No idea why it does it :/
