Conference Calling

I was wondering if three-way calling was dependant upon the phone or on the telecommunications service? Is three-way calling possible with the XDA IIi? My T-Mobile office said that 3-way was a regular service as long as the phone supports it.

I used to do phone conference on Xda IIi.

If you get call waiting, just pick it up. Tap at Conference button (same place at speed dial button but name changed). You then now get 2 line as conference.

Its supported by the service rather than the phone itself (AFAIK)

Check with yer service provider, but im sure most providers do it.
