Wm2005 file for creating a RandomAccessMemory Disk.
Tool needs to have a patched version ROM, with free RAM for remaining the data on it after a softreset.

If you have 128mb of OS RAM U can have a 0 mb Ramdisk

A RAM disk is included in this rom and kitchen (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=440683) for a few years now.

AMV007 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=884377) created [DEV] WinCE Ramdisk for us. have a look here and amaze yourself (cook it into your ROM and put opera and pIE cache standard in it).

Generic Like ramdisk.
Compiled under WM 6.0, but may be working under WM5.
Tested under hx4700

This driver is capable to define a size much greater than 32 MB. The driver also comes with a utility to write the contents of the ram disk to an image file which then can be loaded at boot, thus it is possible to save the ram disk contents (safety risk) between softresets.
