Power setting dosn't work

My XDAiiS screen goes blank and drops the bt conection, (not very useful if your using your handsfree or getting directions from the TomTom navigator.). I have gone into the power setting and unchecked turn off device if not used on external power.

No effect

I assume it might be something with the registery, either try soft-resetting and see what happens, or just backup your needed things and do a hard one :(.
