Arabizer cabs for Magneto

Guys i created these cabs for arabizer to be installed on wm5

Plz Check them out and tell me if they are working fine

i tried them on himalaya with windows mobile 2005
dunno yet if they work on BA

I forgot to tell you guys about them :

u can only install them at ur own risk
if they don't work you might have to hard reset your device


basically imaginet arabizer suite comes with 5 cabs
2 for enabeling arabic
1 dictionary
1 prayer times
1 Hijri calendar

i only posted the 1st 3 : no prayer times or hijri calendar because they are still causing a conflict with gwes.exe (reporting errors)

please read the comment in the rar file

If You Want to install prayer times and hijri calender you can disable error reporting
the errors will not be noticed but they will still be there

First I thought it was a problem of certification , but later after installing 1.60c which solve the problem of certification, the problem seems to be there,Hope to found any solution for that

The arabizer has been tested on Amal's device and its working!
He doesn't have the "C" version installed on his device. Just to mention that the caps letters are considered as shouting, so kindly, I'm asking you to turn off the caps :)

I'm really glad that you're contributing with us; I assume Amal will flash the 1.60C and makes more tests.
I suppose you're going to help, fresh ideas and tries are always welcomed here, that’s why we all love this forum :wink:

The jasjar arabizer will not work yet on himalaya , i'll be working on that but nothing to promise

about the Second
Man are you speaking about jasjar cabs or about the cabs that i posted ?
the link you provided is for a rar archive that is password protected

please download the cabs i posted and try them on your himalaya

about the second,i am talking about the jasjar cabs,and the link is for extended rom of jasjar which contain the cabs.

i have downloaded ur cabs but still not tested.

I have installed the cabs as you mentiond and found the following:

1- English-Arabic-Dict.CAB des not work, and I was able to install another cab. I found.

2-The letters in arabic reading left also each letter is far than the other.

as: ش ك ر ا

if you where able to fix them pls. let me know.

i will first answer nb 2

if u noticed there are 2 cabs for arabic : arabic reader.cab and arabizer .cab the first will install arabic fonts and character support the second will enable right to left character display (that is arabizing)

Enabling right to left is made by a program that should run on startup if u installed the arabizer.cab ; but sometimes it gives an error message "failed to initialize" : no big deal just go to start->programs->imaginet-> enable arabizer now
then enjoy arabizer

by the way this arabizer will not work on BlueAngel (imate pda2k) devices yet

one more thing :
something that happened with a friend of mine , do not disable arabizer from control panel
if you try to disable arabizer from the control panel you will not be able to let it be automatically enable unless you copy the shortcut "enable arabizer now.lnk" from "\windows\start menu\programs\imaginet\" to
"\windows\startUp\"

since arabizer is not working all imaginet program like dictionarry stop to work

Tested these on my m1000. Works well. Did require me to enable arabizer before using keyboard or transcriber. was surprised how accurate the transcriber was. Many thanks to all users who have contributed to these cabs.

will this Arbitizer work on PDA2k, up to now I have tried 4 different softwares but it always ends up that I have to hard reset. Does anybody know how it works on PDA2K

Sorry guys for being away for so long :i've been caught by work and had no time to touch my pc

it's excellent news to know that it's working for you guys

ramram this wallaby thing is cool : didn't know wallaby had no arabizer before :D

about the hijri calendar

i have the original cab it can work but it reports errors with gwes.exe a rom executable (still dunno what it does )

u can disable error reporting and it will work fine ( i only tried it for an hour or two cause usually i don't use it )

if somebody is willing to take the risk and try it and tell us if it causes any long time crashes i would be grateful ( we all will be )

anyway soon the imaginet should release it's new arabizer : so all we are doing is temporary

it's the arabizer cabs combined in a single cab file with minor modifications to reduce installation size
can you please try them
the recognition now works better

about the blue angel i did not have time to check it out i do not have a ba

هل تكرمت علي وو ضحت لي بعض الخطوات. المشكلة تصادفني في تعريب جهازي و هو من نوع الكروز ... الانستال يمشي تمام التمام و لكن بعد اكمالها يتطلب مني اعادة تشغيل الجهاز و بعدها يتطلب مني ادخال السيريال فمن أين أحصل على السيريال لبرنامج و ملفات التعريب؟
