Soft Reset Every time I turn on phone

Hi,

recenly I have a problem, when I turn on the phone in my 2020 the led puts ok, and the dktoday aplication says me that I have signal. But in the indicator up near the clock never puts the signals bars, and always it´s whit (!).

And when I introduce the pin, afther a seconds it´s doing me a Soft Reset.

What can I do?
