Wireless Modem

Hello every one, I need your help! I need an application that would alow me to use my phone as a modem when I plug it in to my Laptop like 2003 had on the programs, anyone know of anything? thanks in advance!

I copied the WModem.exe application from my old 2003 dump, but when I run it with USB i get a "COM OPEN ERROR (8)"
Any thoughts?
