My laptop doesnt bring the contacts and calender across =wm5

I loaded WM5, run activesync 4 and it tells me it has syncronized the contacts, tasks and the calender etc. But it hasn't the calender, tasks and contacts are empty in the phone ( I am using the cradle) any ideas?

Make sure you're connected to your Exchange Server before you sync... connect to LAN in office, or VPN from home, and make sure Outlook says "Connected" in the lower right hand corner.

There are other solutions to your problem, but they require re-installing Outlook. Perform a search on the site for your error code... or "activesync 4.1".
