Cannot unlock and unhid extended rom

I have a german Version MDA III
When I install the Programm for unhiding the system installs it int the folder "programme" and not into "programs" :( .
When I start it, there is an error massage.
When I create a new folder "programs" and copy the complete installed folder into it, there is again an error message.

So I cannot unlock and unhide and do the rest.
Can anybody help me, who already has installed WM% on a german MDA III ?

I had a similar problem on my XDAIII, you'll need the "german_extended_rom_unlocker". You can download it on the tutorial.
