I can't access internet via BT ActiveSync

Hi there
I can't able to access internet using BT ActiveSync or even through cradle
when i try to access thriugh GPRS its working fine.

need help plz

try choosing my network under connections advanced sellect network or something like that

Open ActiveSync if device is disconnected(maybe works also with connected device,but unable to test it now). In File>Connection Settings... Choose the option 'This computer is connected to:' to 'The Internet'. That's it.
