how do midlett games work ?

can anyone explain how midlett games work ,ive got a alpine xdalli. :(

They are Java programs and you can install them with your Midlet Manager in Programs. They are not as good as the full games for Windows Mobile but they are small in size and take up only a small amount of system resources.

Hi,

Copy the *.jar *.jad files to the root of your storage card on your PDA.

See this link for many games

Tap 'Start'
Select 'Programs'
Select 'MIDlet Manager'
Select 'Install' from bottom left corner menu.
The name of the copied files should appear, hold stylus down on file name nd select 'install' and the game name should appear.
Tap to play.

A word of warning though I have had problems with the running of these games, the games can freeze, although I haven't tested much with these. So I stick to Windows Mobile games. :D
