In Need Of A Registry Editor

Does anyone have a freeware Registry Editor?

I tried downloading the recommend ones from freewareppc.com but neither of the best two are linked any more; PHM Registry Editor v0.70
and BitsInside RegEdit v1.2

Also is there a good theme switcher that you can preview the file?

p.s. the one uppermost is not always the best, and look at the version and time, 2002 version 0.70 now it is 2.3 or later

I went to the TRE site but that show it is a Windows CE editor. Will this work on Windows Mobile 2003SE?
