Newbie Universal tomtom and general questions

Hi all,

I currently have a Dell X30high, Clipon Bluetooth GPS and tomtom 5 and use a SE P910i phone with HBH-300 Bluetooth headset.

I am considering getting on O2 XDA exec and was wondering what happens if you are running tomtom with the Clipon over Bluetooth and the HBH-300 headset for phone calls:

1, You receive a call;
2, Make call using voice command.

Can you still see tomtom and hear it's voice directions?

Can you use the O2 exec as a 3G modem over bluetooth with a Mac or PC, using *99# to dial ?
