BUT you need to sign up for an 18month contract. And with technology changing so fast, I dont want to be married to an out of date brick.

T-Mobile stores have it in stock . Ring to check. Supplies limited.

Before signing up to T-(ARGH)-Mobile.

Judge for yourself, I sugest you try their customer services, NOT sales line to see how good it is before signing for 18months.

Now I'm certainly no fan of TMobile, but to put this into perspective, I've been with them for the past 14/15 months and was with them for a few years until about four years ago (when I went through Orange, O2 and Three). TM are no better or worse than any of the others. They once wrongly billed me and that was a REAL pain to get resolved, but O2 are worse, three are about as bad and Orange is eiter spot on or the worst by far, depending on the time of day, colour of the sea, direction of the wind and phase of the moon

Obviously everybody has different experiences, but for me O2 are bad, but TMobile are worse.

My point is that spending 45 minutes on hold to be cut off is not acceptable. And seems to be an indication of the level of customer service.

I advise everybody to make up their own mind, but feel I would be letting others down if I didnt let them know about my experience.

Good luck to all!

The only operator who hasn't done that to me is Vodafone*.
My worst experience of TM was when they claimed I'd gone over my data allowance by about 30mb in a month when I actually STOPPED using data. At £7.50/mb that was quite hefty. They admitted the mistake, refunded the overcharge. A few months later they took it back again. I needed to email the MD (Brian McBride) to get a final resolution. And that resolution happened within minutes of him getting the email

*I've never had a VF contract.
