Activesync 4.1 compatibliity issue with WM5 on Himalaya

Whener i try to sync i get the error that version of my device is not compatible with activesync and i should get the new version kindly help

try to deinstall/remove "Windows Mobile-Device" drivers.
These can be found in your PC's DEvice Manager, under "Network Adapters".
Then reboot your PC and wait till new drivers will be installed.

tried that but didn't work

I am not able to remove mobile device mini port packet scheduler , so i disabled both of them , reboot the system , and again tried to activesync , in device manager i got a new mobile device and a new packet scheduler but still AS 4 is asking for latest version , I am attaching the screen shot for reference

Well i formated my system now its working
