MDA Compact not that stable anymore :-(

My MDA Compact has been showing some afwul hickups the last 2 weeks. Every day or so, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, everything freezes and the only thing I can do is soft-reset the device. I don't have a clue what could be wrong with the damn thing, I hope it's not a combination of software titles or something. Any kind of help, tips or similar experiences would be highly appreciated :cry:

I'm still running ROM 1.01 and i never have any problems, unless i have WAY to many programs opened at the same time, which sucks up to much RAM.
