Best way to clean up Jam...

Hi all!
I'd like to install a sw on my Jam that allow to cleanup temporary files, internet history/cookie ecc....
Waht is the best one? Is thera a free app or... ?

I like Dinar's MemMaid, very useful.

Also good for relocating files from Program Memory to storage card for more efficent use of resources.
