Lock "private" folder browsing...

Hi guys!
I'm looking for a sw or plugin that let me to lock some "private" folder...
Now I'm using Resco 2005 and in this way I ca Encript files but I can't block browsing the folder.
I'd like to lock some particoular folders and don't permit to enter or browse the contains...
Is it possible? Any suggestions?
