Qtek 9090 broken screen

Recentely my Qtek 9090 screen broke and now I am in the need to find a spare part .
According to http://www.pocketpctechs.com/main~unit~Qtek_9090-257~area~repairs~item~XDA-TS03.htmI need only the Touchscreen but it's real hard to find .
I dismounted the qtek and I woul like to know :

1) how disassemble the glass from the LCD ?
2) who sells the spare parts ?
