hi alls
when i upgrade my XDA II on WM2005 and i install ramdisk 96M is OK
but when i soft reset my documents and programs that i put in ramdisk is
have be delete!!! please help... :(

and another my button camera not work

You need to patch 1.60c ROM first or take an already patched 1.60c ROM to begin with.
A patched ROM shows less than 120 MB memory after flashing even though the RAM disk has not been set up.
The full 120 MB (program memory + storage) will appear only after installing the appropriate RAM disk.

i have same problem encountered, my camera button doesnt work and i used my directional pad(dpad) for camera, can we write directly to RamDisk? when ever i soft reset all of my files on ram disk are deleted. can we stored it forever?

You need patched 1.60c ROM to make RAM disk soft-reset proof.
