WM2005b to WM2005c full discriptions please and files

8) hi i have download the WM2005c and the "xdadev_all_unlock-v1.0.exe
" unlock tools but i don't understand how i maintain these unlock tools and other things is .. "PostInstallFixer_WM2005C"..in WM2005c RAR, (when i unzip the WM2005c). so what is these postinstalfixer?

then .. in buzzdex.net page i found::::

1. Install Extended ROM Unlocker
2. Unhide Extended ROM
3. Reset
4. Unlock Extended ROM
5. Install your splash
6. Reset


so what i need to start ?
