SX-56 Vibrate Ringing Doesn't Work

I have bought a Siemens SX-56 on EBay that was supposed to be in great condition and everything working. Well.....not exactly so, and the seller won't refund my money. I really like the phone/PDA however it is really a pain that the vibrate ringer doesn't work.

Does anyone know if there is a software solution to this or do I need to replace the vibrate motor? If I replace the motor, where can I find one? I've spent a pretty good amount of time searching on the internet....no luck.

The connection of the ringer vibrator might be loose it's contact, all you have to do is open it and check if the contacts are intact, if not adjust it to have a complete contact. I've got that same problem before.
