problem with xda2 error in update only serlial or usb on lcd

heelo i have big problem i try to update my xda2 but when i start i disconect him from cabel when i start and now on screen i have serial on up and botom v1.06 and when i plug in charger or usb it is usb up and down v1.06 plees help me what i can do to fix this and how to do a hard reset ( meaby its help) i disconect him shortly apter start upgeated (somting about 1 sec) heelp plliss

The device is now in bootloader mode. You should put it in the cradle and start the normal upgrade procedure by running HimaupgradeUT.exe in the directory where also your ROM images are stored. Succes!
