SPV M500 questions

Hi There,

I have just got one of these and have a problem maybe someone can help me with.


When the phone is in my pocket and turned off, when I get a text or phone call the phone turns it self on. If I dont hear it then the screen and buttons are active and it starts edditing, sending phoning people or whatever. Is there any way of stopping it doing this, a keylock thing or something.




Any help would be really apreciated.

TheBrit is right that u must be sure that youre volume is loud enough.
be aware that the magician has 3 different types of volume
- Pocket Pc (programs and games)
- Ringtone (when someone calls you)
- Call (while u are calling)

there is also an option to let the magician vibrate, maby u can feel it instead of hearing it.

I do not know how to totaly lock you're device. But i use Mort Saver to lock my screen and buttons. If you're magician is locked and u get an incomming call u can awnser while Mort Saver is running, cause the incomming call pop-up will push Mort Saver to the background. But after the call ends Mort Saver automaticly locks the screen again.
