JASJAR WiFI encryption

Need to ask these question is the encryption on the JasJar diferent if is a UK model than if it was US model. Every time I try to conect to the Wifi network at the office i get a message on the router software that sa "protocol no supported" any idea on how to fiz these

I doubt that the encryption would be different as it would need to run to ieee standards.

how have you configured your settings... check with your IT admin at work and make sure that you haven't missed anything.
