SPV C500 - Orange

Hi guys,

New here so please be gentle. I have an Orange SPV C500:

IPL 1.00

Typhoon
SPL 2.00.0012

And so more info. I have the WM5.0 ROM and followed the instructions, load MTTY hit enter and up pops the CMD> prompt type l c:\john.bin being the filename of the ROM (where should this be saved, locally in C:\ on my drive) and all I get is this error message:

clean up the image temp buffer at 0x8C080000 Length 0x01B00000
MTTYDownloadImageNot allow operation!
Error : DownloadImage return error (code = 0xFFFFFFFF)

Having done various searches and reading some posts I can't really work out what the problem is. If someone could point me in the right place to either read something or tell me I would be very grateful.

My SPV is the one with the version 10 media player.

where did ypu get the WM5 rom>?< if you tell me where to get it,i will try it and maybe i could help you :) you can send me a message with the rom link if you want,
