I have never seen this today plugin, but since it disappeared after the BigStorage hack, it must be part of the extended Rom cabs. Which one? Try it out!

i had (and still have) the same problem.
To resolve this, go to configuration, bluetooth, and activate it. Now make an softreset: the bluetooth icon will apear on the today screen.
This works, but sometimes you have still to repeat this, since it seems that there should be an programing error.
