xda2 dead

Hi there,

i need really help.

while flashing my xda2 the error 112 (usb connection) occurs. the device was in bootloader mode.
suddenly, after some tries (different roms) the bootloader disappaers.
now the screen is blank, no led works , nothing goes.

what can i make now?
what software do i need (beside the roms and the himaupgradeut.exe)
how do i have to do it?
