One point in display, small, is that burned pixel?

Could be, my Blueangel has a cpl of pixels like that.

Always has, but then it was a replacement from O2.

I presume it would require a new LCD, but I'm not sure if PDA's have the same 3 pixel rule that TFT's have?

Well mine never did, its been red since I got it in May.
