Broken screen

I got my Jasjar last Monday. On Wednesday, while rotating the screen from phone mode to pc mode, there was a little resistance and then the screen went blank. The feed to the screen had been cut by the act of rotation.

My supplier has said that 75% of the Jasjars they have sold have come back with the same fault. That is a horrible statistic.

Does the experience of Jasjar owners on this forum back up that statistic?

Not judging by the users on this forum. Surely HTC would be out of business if they had to fix three-quarters of all Universals that they sold!?

Sounds like rubbish to me, but for the life of me I can't think why they'd make up a statistic like that?

my one broke aswell i gave it on the 1st of october and am still waiting for it to be returned to me FFS hurry up i-mate
but i am sure the statistic is not right
