HTC Wallaby (PW10A2) crashed

My HTC Wallaby (PW10A2) is crashed. Every 10 minutes the following happens (only when connected to power):
1) <Welcome to T-Mobile> in the center, right bottom: <3.18.01>
2) right bottom above <3.18.01>: <G R>
3) system beeping
4) system searches for 1 sec.
5) grey screen with right bottom the keyboard symbol.

After 5 minutes 1) starts again.

How can I start windows again?

I have tried all kinds of resets, but nothing seems to help.
What to do?

the download doesn't work; an error occurs to download the new RSU versions.

If it is a PW10A-Model download RSU Version 4.16
If it is a PW10B-Model download RSU Version 6.24.20
