Need to unlock a MDA III

I could really use some help with this one please. How do I unlock a UK T-Mobile to a US T-Mobile?

tri and quadro band phones work as default both in uk and us

so it's just a matter of sim unlocking the device there is a thread called
all in one unlocker

and it does just what it's name sugest

OK, this is not working for me. Is there any other software or place I can find it?
