why the settings contain 2 power items?

there is 2 power item in settings menu,

I'm using wm5 1.60b

because 1 of them it glitchy so they made a patch using the old one, and the other one is the patched one that works perfectly.

thx but why the battery sign in the today screen(right top corner) disappeared? pls someone help me.
