Deal all.
I have a cellphone, PW10C3 , FCC ID is NM8FALCON .
with ppc2003+cdma2000.

but I want upgrade to wm2003SE,or WM2005( maybe? )
I pressed the power button and reset, device display a screen " Serial HTC.....v1.06", no bootloader buttons, why?

How can I upgrade it by SD Card?

I can't upgrade by USB/Serial , report "communication error"...

Falcon phone had dead at yestertoday....it can't power on ,can't recharge...

why? pls help me ...
