Where have you found this ROM? A short look at the t-mobile page didn't show any news about this ROM.....

Have you noticed any improvements of the ROM?

By the way:
Do you now a way to mount the Extended ROM -File under linux?

You can cut header from decrypted ms_.nbf file and mount it as disk image.

Any ideas what actually happens to the rom?
Extrom looks to me like blueberry is integrated; seems to be settings for austria though. Confirmations on that?

i just installed the new rom... works fine so far... but i'm missing something.

if a gprs connection is established, than there is no disconnect button... is there a trick to get this button back?

to sort out that problem i once found the following :

Orange_GPRS_Desconnect.sa

It`s a .cab file, once installed the disconnect works fine again!

This ROM upgrade works fine for me too. But I haven't installed anything from the Ext_ROM yet (on purpose).

works also quite nicely on my device, i only installed the new Camera Program from the Ext Rom, nothin' else.
