Extractin cab from programs

i like to always have with me all the cabs of my prefered utilities on my SD.

so how i can extract the cab from the exe file?

for example how to extract thecab from the executable of SBP Pocketplus?

The CABS will be on your PC either in

C:\Program Files\Application Name
or
C:\Program Files\Microsoft ActiveSync\Application Name
