Pocket pc themes

Hi you guys,

i'am sarching for a good "free" program for makig themes for my
xda IIi 2003se because the orginal version of MS does not support
rotated screens.

Anybody has good references or sites? thanks in advance!!

Not sure if there is any free software available to make your own themes, but www.pocketpcthemes.com is a great resource for free themes, and they have loads of VGA themes as well
