Hi!

I love my EXEC. I'm really impressed with this toy- but..

1. I do not like MS (like we can see WM2005 is NOT tested, IS slow, IS buggy, IS TOO EXPENSIVE -btw why do I have to pay for soft if i do not want to use it luke O2000?) so how do you sync your Universal with Linux? Which app is the best? How you put files into your PDA? How to install EXE? Wine seems to be not working- but not tested this well yet...
Why ActiveSync is only for windows?

O, one more question- WHY I've to install soft for my PDA using WINDOWS???? AAAAAAAAA!! Every time I've to ask my freind to use his laptop "just for 3 min". Ofcourse he is always asking "ooo, Linux is not good enough? ROTFL"

2. Have some one tried to install ANY Linux on Universal?
Googled for soem time- but notthing interesting so far...

Thanks in advance for any help!
Cheers

There is only one app, and it's called synce
http://synce.sf.net
Right now it has problems wit huniversal, and don't want to
connect.

How you put files into your PDA? How to install EXE?

Unpack them with cabextract,unshield,zip,wine,etc
and save from packet exploiter over wireless :)

Why ActiveSync is only for windows?

Because it is microsoft "innovation".

Have some one tried to install ANY Linux on Universal?

Not Yet, but it is coming soon :) Consult BlueangelKernel wiki page for more information.

:-) Didn't have time to check this execs- but I've to use same tools for my wireless card (ehh, ndiswrapper).
Heh, and I'm using Resco Explorer so I can map SAMBA share and install from SAMBA :))
I'll try to write small script to do this (install cabs) with one click (or sh command)

What about MAC users? Do they have AS? I'm going to buy Apple (smal x-mas gift for myself :P )
