A number of people have mentioned that when I call\answer on my headset, that there is a clicking sound at their end. I actually heard it myself last night by dialing my home phone and there is a very frequent clicking sound.
I phoned Jabra support on my Jabra BT800 today and even they asked me to call back on a landline. They suggested that the noise was caused by DSP on the phone not cancelling when the call was passed to the headset. I know what DSP does in relation to the headset, but did not know that the Exec used it too.
Has anyone else noticed this noise? Are Jabra fobbing me off?
