Following recent posts about notification issues I installed pocket mechanic and resolved those issues. Whilst looking at the notification Queue and the callender notifications all the times are set at midnight. On my old XDA " I seem to remember these were set to when your working day started but on the XDA exec this doesn't seem to be the case. I am using Pocket informant with outlook 2003 on desktop. Other than changing my all day events ie birthdays, to start at 8.30 I was wandering if there was a simple sollution.

Hello Dan,
Can you be more specific, as I still have problems with random alarms going off and a calendar not warning.
What exactly did you do with Pocket Mechanic Notification part?
I see dups and other weird ones. I would hapily like to know which ones I can delete safely and which ones not.

The problem I have is that all appointment reminders are set to go off at midnight. These are mainly the birthday reminders I have set to remind me one week in advance but they are all set for midnight. I have used pocket mechanic to check the notification cue and they are all defaulted to this time. When I previously used WM 2003 on XDA2, the default reminder was set to whenever I said the working day started ie 8.20am.
I have as yet been unable to find a way around this.

I have the problem you describe. On my old WM2003SE device all-day appointments would sound at 8:30 now they sound at midnight.
Anyone found a solution to this yet?
