Dropped my JJ from less that 2' closed and now it wont turn on. Dang.

I think that the mechanism that detects if the screen is open is whats causing my trouble. Anyone taken one apart yet? :wink: Any insight wether this is a hinge sensor or a hall effect/magnetic sensor in the screen like in a laptop? I would guess its detecting on the hinge somewhere and ive knocked something out of alignment.

Reason I think this is when I first did it the green lights were still flashing etc, I opened it up and no screen. So I hit reset right? Well if you reset and dont open the screen again it doesnt re-boot til you do. So now I got nothing. If I remove the battery and plug in the charger I get a red charge light letting me know the battery isnt installed.

The iMate service center here in the UK seemed to be on coffee break all afternoon til 5:01 when supprise supprise they were closed for the weekend. :evil:
