ActiveSync error during restore

After hard-reset, while trying to restore, i get an activesync error during the process ("activesync has encountered an error, do u wish to send a report etc...), and it seems always at the same point of restore (avantgo files).
I tried re-hardreset and restore again but no use...

Any help is sincerely appreciated
