Looking at the specs is there really no WIFI ... Although great for France etc .... EDGE !! Not good for the UK . If Nokia can put EGDE and UMTS in one phone couldn't Orange have stipulated this to HTC in the build ?

They are pushing their 3g services and this would have been the phone to do it with .. Push Email fast Internet .. I JUST DON'T GET IT !!

The world does not revolve around UK...

Basically, operators are scared by WIFI.
They are billing 3G data by duration in order to be sure people won't use it for Voice over IP.
If they do not manage to control WIFI they could die because of it.

What I ment was and sorry for the confusion why didn't we get a phone that supports EDGE and UMTS . That way it would serve all Nations and be truely worldwide.
