Has anyone had any experience with overclocking this device. If so, what is the recommended maximum for stability, and with what tool did you overclock? And what benefits did you find?

I use XCPUScalar up to 530 MHz.
I underclock at min. 200 MHz while on battery and overclock at max. 530 MHz while on external power mainly for navigation purposes.

Not as hot as to be concerned.
