Bluetooth Connection

I bought a "Bluetooth GPS Receiver" and tried to connect it to my T-Mobile MDA II for my Tom Tom Navigator 5 for Pocket_PC. I had a difficulties for having connections and receiving :cry: information thru bluetooth. I read the MDA II manual and I need to accept the connection from GPS receiver and its seems's simple but I can't have any access and find any Bluetooth Manager nor Bluetooth Wizard from my MDA II. I have installed my Tom Tom navigator already but I cannot use it because of the connection between my MDA II and GPS thru Bluetooth.
Can someone help me out with this difficulties? I highly appreciate any response with this subject. I thank you in advance.
