Change ROM Language T-Mobile MDA III

A friend bought me a T-mobile MDA III from Hong Kong.
The device came in chinesse and the soft packed is in German. As I live in Colombia, Southamérica, I want to change the ROM and Soft to English or Spanish. any help how to?? :?:

Your MDA III is new or used ? I never hear MDA III came Chinese ,you can find a lot of English Rom IN here , please read wiki or link here

I will do what you say. I'm also trying to contact T-mobile to ask for "officially aproved" ROM for my MDA III.
